Is anyone going to be heading to SMORR this coming weekend??  I kinda wanna take the CJ out but dont really want to go alone...Let me know

If I can scrape up $30 for a new tie rod end, I plan on being out there; If so I'll run with ya.

I'd offer you one of the two spare tie rods sitting in my garage right now, but it would be a little wide for your TJ.

I just need the one that hooks to the Pitman arm. Not sure if they'd be the same or not...  You know how those Jeep engineers like to change stuff.   :deadhorse:

Jeep.... engineer.... that is an oxymoron.

JK tie rods look nothing like the TJ ones I have seen... I think they changed dimensions on everything having to do with the JK so that they could make sure it was a PITA for those of us who bought them. Wheels are 5x5, axles are wider, and they added two extra doors to half of them...  8)

Jimmy I've got a drag link laying in the garage, but it only has the pass. knuckle rod end in it. You can have it if it'll work.

I think the knuckle ends are different than the pitman end... I'll probably just get one from Oreilly's .. just gotta pick some cash from the tree out back.

no hijack here whitehead....i just wanna wheel on the weekends!!!  i felt like my jeep was wicked impressive at casville and i really wanna see what it will do at SMORR....please keep in touch if anyone is going!!
