March 21, 2009 - OJT Trail Run @ Cassville

I had a great time today.  I'm glad I got the CB, who knew it would be so entertaining.  Only things I broke were my radio antenna and a trunnion.  Okay; I just found out that's what the thing is called..... 

The other trail carnage I witnessed were various dents (including Bobby's front diff cover), some scrapes and a torn off mirror.

There were lots of impressive wheelies, my jeep proved to me once again that it can go places I didn't think it could and bobby found his tipping point. 

I'm really looking forward to the pics.

     We had one of the best wheeling days ever.  Thanks for all the great spotting and other help, without it I would still be on that last hill.

Had a great time wheelin' with everybody.  Got quite a few good pictures and videos.  I'll post up some more whenever my hangover goes away, but for now I'll just post this.

Thanks we had a good time. Even thuo I had to turn around early on. Its not the same as wheeling in MI. It was our 1st time wheeling on rock. I will have to work on getting my jeep into 4 low. Thanks for the offer to pull us the rest of the way..lol. But after smoking the clutch and not being able to get ion to 4 low. I had to pull out.

that was my first time to Cassville, And i was under the impression that any stock Jeep would be fine out there, But i would have to say 32" tires are the minimum for the stuff we played in all day.

You should check out www.smorr.net and try out sone level 2 trails to get the feel for the rocks, And then the fever will hit you and you will Just Empty Every Pocket (J.E.E.P.) like the rest of us and hit the fun trails
