Here is some pictues of a Klune-v style box I designed and built.

Boring out the case. This took along time.

Got the gear pressed in, adding some dowel and tapped holes.

Cutting splines on the output shaft. It's made from 4340.

Planet gear set installed.

Case finihed. Need shifter assembly.

Finished shifter, ready to install.

Very nice work man. I'm not sure that fits the term "hacker" that you have in your username. Looks a lot better than a hack job.

Got it bolted up to a 231, shifter works good. Start hacking up the floor tomarrow.

If you Use a d20 Transfer case out of a Ford you may Not Have to use a different Driveshaft! Check it out! I know It is Stock length in a YJ

That is so COOL. I have never seen one before. Will it work on a auto and stick?
