« on: 04/30/07 - 05:48PM »
thought I would post up the meeting times, seeing as how this will be the first club run of the year. we will be leaving the walmart on west sunshine at 8:30 am be there early and fueled up.
we will be running the trails that range from mild to moderate all are welcome to come .most of the difficult obstacles do have by-passes. this will be an all day event and some might be camping as well

please post if you are going so we can get a head count

Brad, probably around 9:30? it has been a while but it seems like it is about a hour drive.

Jess, National Forrest down by Cassville good trails similar to Chadwick but it has some rough stuff as well most have by passes

cheesy, yes to what you asked m hwy just before the bridge

I just wanted to tell everyone that We have had more stocker runs to this area than anywhere, and they have all been a BLAST.

The trails are great, and alow easy access to vew the harder obsticles some of the bigger jeeps will run.  It is a very fun day of FREE wheeling.

I had a great time.  I was able to put to use all of the knowledge I have learned by watching you guys for the past three years.  Spotting, stacking rocks, and filling in for trail guide while Bradman took some pics...IT WAS AWESOME.  It was nice to be able to pass the camera off to Bradley, and take a more active roll in the trail run.

Roger, you would have been proud.  The winch line had to come out once.  And I made sure all safety proceedures were followed.  From gloves when handling the cable, to weighting the cable with a towel.  It was a fun and safe day.

I have to say, everyone there had a great time. Lady Liberty and I took turns leading, while upnover took  the tailgunner possition.  It was a great day of wheeling, and I had never wheeled with one third of the group, so that was very nice.

LL did a great job with the spotting, winching, and stacking rocks, so we could get over the slick ledges.  She really is makeing me proud.

I just hope we can make the next run, Kansas will be a blast!
