If you could change a law....

If you could have 1 law removed from the books be it Federal or State.  What would it be?

On the Federal Level of
1. Repeal the Eminent Domain law

On the State Level
1. Remove the State Income Tax Law

On the local level
1. Remove the Law the makes riding your bike on the sidewalk illegal and make it so that riding your bike on the roadway is illegal.  :102:

I would have to agree with Jimmy. Eminent domain is a joke. Texas doesn't pay state income tax, why should we. Get those bikes and 49cc scooters off the road, or make them fair game for the front bumper.

I was under the impression it's because of tourism.  Florida doesn't have it either.  Missouri just isn't a big enough draw.

Bring back indentured servants.  Immigrants work for the state for five years before being granted citizenship.  During that time they have to denounce their country of origin, be enrolled in classes for learning the english language and can send no money back to their family in their old country.

Allow concealed carry in more public places. Such as malls, and shopping centers.
