Looks like the environmentalists are trying to get the Rubicon closed now too!  :o

YEP.  It's really sad how active the greenies are to close everything, and how much we think "the other guy will take care of it.  It assures the closures won't stop.

Thats a true statement. When Tellico was closed WAY too many people sat on the side lines thinking theres enough support. And WAY too many people quit going after the initial closing. They closed a few of the well known trails and too many people decided it isn't worth going anymore so they never returned. The support for Tellico was less than ever and the Trout Lovers won.
I have already written 2 letters and a couple Emails in support of The Rubicon. I don't want to see it close because if The Rubicon gets successfully closed Moab will be next
