TJ Tub interchange?

I found a deal on a banged up TJ, that needs a new tub.  Will any year TJ tub be interchangable?  I did see the newer ones, non-unlimited, have a different wheelbase.  Where do they make the adjustment for this, i.e. longer fenders or what?

as long as it is a TJ 1997 to 2006 and not an unlimited it should work. there might be some differences in hole location but it should be minimal. the JK are what I think you are referring to 07 and newer
