Whose Jeep is this?

I received this message (below) through the OJT email and am creating a thread here to help this guy find the previous owner of his Jeep. I've given him the link to this thread.

hey guys i bought a jeep in medford oregon that has one of your member stickers on it just wanted to find the last owner and see what he did to it. i have put a rubicon 5.5 long arm kit and a terra low kit . just want some history on the jeep. the jeep is a 1999 green with a brown hard top.so far i have found a front air locker in it let me know if i am missing anything.

terry pumphrey (pumpdog) used to have a green tj with a brown top.  it had a mild lift with 33's and lockers.
