Suspension question, this is my first TJ so I don't know a lot yet.

Is this the stock spacer or is this the spacer from a budget lift?  It has 32's on it now so I'm pretty sure there's a lift going off of what I have read so far. 

If it is a lift do I need to drop the transfer case spacer/pitman arm drop or is that just 4in or more?

That is the 2" spacer for a budget boost.  No you don't need either of the components listed for that amount of lift.
