Freds correct as Mike and I went to Rogersville to O'reilly's the remaining guys got the jeep ready for the replacement. We got the tie rod and another TRE then went to the home store bought some 1/2" rebar stuffed it in the new tie rod, should help a little, anyway was back on the trails at 1:00.

yea I would take that route but I have 3/4 ton axles being built (gears and 1 ARB enroute) as we speak/type. So I'll probably do a knuckle over. Maybe can use a 1ton steering?

You can use 1 ton steering, most use chevy tie rod ends when doing High steer.  A lot guys use heims.
