yj- 4.2 oil leak

ok, what's the secret, 4.2, aluminum valve cover, 3 gaskets, different sealers, can't keep this thing from leaking. Any tips? Thanks.

What's your oil pressure holding at during normal driving?

oil pressure runs 40 psi during driving , 30 at idle. I seem to get alot of seepage around groumets as well. Motor is rebuilt, does not use oil, all rings seem to have set in.
