RC Crawler GTG Oct 28th @ Fassnitgh park

Hey since many of you still have those Nylints and some have some others. Why don't we have a little GTG so we can crawl and BS. I've got  couple crawlers so if anyone doesn't have one and still wants to go can. Lets see what we could get going. Should be fun for the whole family. Try to do it before it gets to cold. :agree: Well the date is set for Oct 28th at 1:45 in the afternoon. Location is Fassnight park. There's guys coming from Sedalia,  Jeff City and Columbia...Maybe more from other places. Anyone is welcome to come. If you have never been to Fassnight park it's a pretty nice park.  Plently of room for everyone. If you don't have a RC Crawler. I have 2 extra 1/6th Nylints. And Wal-Mart has the 1/8th on sale for 20 bucks.

Some of the places to go. Behind Lowes in Ozark, Fast night park in Springfield, or Sequita park off of Battlefield. I was thinking of having it on one of these dates. Oct. 14th, 21st or 28th. I'm talking with some of the local Hobby shops for some Giveaways. There might be some guys coming down from Central Mo also/ Should be a good turn out if you guys can make it.

i did a few mods to my nylint, but still need to get the fnf battery and do the tummy tuck

do any of you guys know where to get links? i am changing my control arms, and i dont know were to find em.

What kind of links are you looking for? Is it for a Nylint or something else? Also is it for a 4 link set up?

Looks like the the GTG will be at Fast Night park by Parkview HS...Seems to be a perfect set up. You could spend all day crawling down there and never run over the same rock. And it's all shaded.... I'll try to get a date set. It's still either the 21st or 28th....

Well here is Fast Night. I didn't get a chance to even walk the whole thing. Only got about 20ft down. And there was still 100yds lefts to crawl on. Time was cut short after a pretty nefty fall. I thought I was pressing reverse, but I gave it gas. Well it just jumped of the damn rock that was 9ft high onto the creek bank and rolled into the water. I only broke a front upper link. I kept on wheeling. 15min later battery died anyway. Oh and I lost the bottom battery cover off my TQ3. Fixed everything and ready to go back. Here are some pic's and a short Video. It seems I have my Torque twist down to nothing. I can't notice it any.

Not trying to spam, but I have heard they are having an RC crawler event at KRock in Fort Scott, KS on Saturday, Nov. 25th.  Two classes, stock and modified.

Well it's today. Oct 28th at 1:30 or so. I will have My RoK Rings there for sale. They fit any 2.2 size wheel and 1/6th Nylints...Any I have poeple coming from all over to crawl. Everyone is welcomed to stop by and see whats going on. Again it's at Fass Night Park. Next to Parkview High School on the South side of town.. It's going to be fun for the whole family.
