Left front wheel shimmies with hard braking

When driving over 60 mph and having to brake hard, left front wheel wobblles badly.  Had wheel balanced but no difference.  Can anyone recommend a shop for brake service so I can see if the rotor is warped or what the cause is?  Thanks

I just knew it was this. If anyone has a question I can answer it. Maybe I will know some things.
