Clutch squeals

2004 Wrangler, when I press in the clutch it squeals and sort of clunks.  Worse in first and second.  Has been making some rattling noises before this.  108000 miles-is it time for a new clutch?  Where is best place in Spfd to have it worked on?  Thanks

Throw out bearing.  It would be a good idea to replace clutch and pressure plate.
