Thursday

Noon - Park open for early arrival and event registration
Friday

All Day - Event Registration at SMORR registration building

9:00 am - Driver's meeting by the obstacle course, south of the office
*
Noon - Return to camp for lunch (on your own for lunch)
*
1:30 pm - Meet back with your group for more guided trail rides
*
5:30 pm - Return to camp for dinner (on your own for dinner)
*
7:00 pm - Slideshow of days trail runs
*
8:00 pm - Family movies in the pavilion or on your own for night runs
Saturday
*

6:00 pm - Slideshow of days trail runs while you eat

Sunday

9:00 am - Short devotional at the pavilion

9:30 am - On your own trail rides

Noon - Those camping need to be packed

Event Registration
Your event registration will include:
* Three days of wheeling at the park includes driver and passengers (all passengers must have a seatbelt)
*
Two nights primitive camping (tent/popup - no electric)
*
Friday night movies for all
*
4x4 games Saturday afternoon for all (if enough interest)
*
Guided trail runs for those interested Friday & Saturday
*
One Saturday night dinner ticket for driver
*
Entertainment Saturday night for all
*
One raffle ticket
Event T-shirts can be purchased for $10 - $12 depending on sie.

SMORR Park Rules Pertaining to your Vehicle
* All operators of Off-Road Vehicles must have a valid driver's license or be under the supervision of a parent/guardian with a valid license.
* All Off-Road Vehicle drivers and riders should follow the manufacturer's safe operating procedures. Please be sure that your ORV has the appropriate equipment needed to operate on the rough terrain in the Ranch.
* No person under the age of 18 will be allowed in the park with out parent/ guardian consent or operate a vehicle within the Ranch.
* Passengers are allowed in Vehicles, but must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form, and must also wear their seat belt at all times while in the vehicle.
* All Vehicles must have a fully enclosed metal cab and / or roll bar protection, functioning safety belts, working four wheel drive systems, frame mounted (not welded) tow hooks that are appropriately rated for the vehicle's weight for recovery purposes, and must be in good and safe mechanical operating condition.
* Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a Ranch staff member. Parent / legal guardian must closely supervise minors.
* All ATV drivers and riders are required to wear DOT-approved safety helmet, protective gear including, but not limited to those items listed by the manufacturer and the ATV Safety Institute are strongly recommended.
* Passengers are not allowed on ATVs unless the ATV is equipped for it.
* Off-Road Vehicles are restricted to 4x4 vehicles and 4x4 Hunting/Utilility ATV's or side-by-sides (eg. Polaris, Arctic Cat, etc...). Motorcycles and sport ATV's (eg. Warrior, Banshee, etc...) are not allowed in the park, sorry.
