Torque Specs for Bead Lock Bolts
« on: 02/24/10 - 02:25PM »
Does anyone know what the correct specs are for bead lock bolts?  In my case, I'm running Allied RT 233, 17x9.5 with Krawlers.  I've heard 15-20 ft/lbs but that seems a little too broad.  Also, I'm planning on using Anitseize and I've heard you should back-off a couple of pounds if using it.  Thanks!

It was 25lbs on my Trail Ready Beadlocks that were on the Rubicon.

I've done a bunch of beadlocks and most didn't come with a spec.  We did Steve's to about 30 ft/lb.
