2 Jeeps one Trailer
« on: 01/ 9/10 - 03:36PM »
I am picking up a 24 ft bumper pull trailer with dual 5200lb axles, brakes on both, and a 2 5/16th receiver. Can I fit 2 jeeps on this trailer? (one XJ on 35's and one TJ, CJ, or YJ say on 33's) What would be the best method of loading them?
My truck is an 07 Ram 2500, CTD, 65HP programmer, with a prodigy brake controller. Anything I should consider for the truck prior to trying to haul 2 jeeps?

Hauling 2 jeeps would not be a regular occurance but I'd LOVE to know I have the option if needed

I dont think they will fit. atleast without touching. Bobby and I hauled our TJS to disny on a 24ft goose neck mine was on the back and my tires were right at the edge. his was all the way forward and we still had some rub marks. the xj is the kicker her due to length.

I agree with roger on length.  You can tow two with that setup if fit on trailer.
